Having expertise in their respective fields, the founders of MANO are convinced that beyond human needs, water supply and sanitation services, as well as the management of water as a resource, are essential to sustainable development.

Expert in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene - Public-Private Partnership
With a strong expertise in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene, she has been working in the WASH sector for more than fifteen years. In addition to her university studies, in particular business management, she has acquired fruitful experiences in the fields of International Management, sector governance, and Integrated Water Resources Management in Madagascar.In terms of Public-Private Partnership, she has held various expertise and management positions, including that of Program Manager within an international cooperation organization, where she has notably highlighted her capacities as a project developer, and the experience of relations with technical and financial partners.She was also Director General of the National Water and Sanitation Authority (Autorité nationale de l’eau et de l’assainissement ), then became the Minister of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.
